Refunds will not be granted for:

Client's change of mind, regardless of whether the work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed by both parties (Aiffinity and client).

Platform or algorithm changes (e.g., Instagram reach, ad performance)

Misuse of delivered materials

Unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed scope
3. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital downloads (templates, guides, scripts, courses, files) are strictly non-refundable once accessed.
4. Subscription Services
You may cancel anytime, but:

No partial refunds for unused hours/credits

Access remains until the end of the billing cycle
