Due to the nature of digital services and custom creative work, all completed services are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only if:

• A technical error on our end prevented delivery.

• A lack of due diligence or negligence on our part resulted in the client's financial or reputation loss.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Client's change of mind, regardless of whether the work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed by both parties (Aiffinity and client).

• Delayed feedback is causing timeline shifts

• Platform or algorithm changes (e.g., Instagram reach, ad performance)

• Misuse of delivered materials

• Unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed scope

3. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital downloads (templates, guides, scripts, courses, files) are strictly non-refundable once accessed.

4. Subscription Services

You may cancel anytime, but:

• No partial refunds for unused hours/credits

• Access remains until the end of the billing cycle
